1.One customer from Germany:
I ordered this doll as like in the Picture. I ordered a blond wig too but i get only 2 wigs of the same color. But really sweet doll , great communication, ultra fast delivered and arrived. Some problem at the customs because of wrong filled paper. But only 1 day delay at the customs. I would order another doll!

2.A customer from Norway :government intervention. at port of entry and address problems on the package itself.

3. A customer from Australia: Thanks for doing all that too. Bit over the top what they're asking.I'm mostly annoyed at FedEx all the info sent was requested 4 times by 4 different workers.frustrating is all.can't do anything til they're finished though.thanks again.

We are always get a message ask about customs problem. One years ago, only few people know about this, and shy to talk about this product. And sex doll is very expensive, only a few people can take a love doll. But now, market is open, many factory found this filed and begin to make they own doll. Because market competitiveness, so a sex doll price is normal , almost all people can take one doll if they need.

But this bring a customs problem, some country can’t be import sex doll, before Occident country is very easy to import , but for now, sex doll bring some problem, so customs have to strictly to treat. Australia is prohibit small breast, even a real girl have small breast, she will be deemed to a Minor, this is absurd, but it’s trust. So if you are from Australia, please don’t try to buy a flat or small breast doll.

UK, Canada and French, we can’t sent flat doll before, but we have a special line now, so those country it’s ok to sent. This is about flat doll, it’s criminal obvious, but in other side , flat doll play a good role. Because some guy love flat doll, but in real life he can’t. So a sex doll is a best choose.

Let’s talk about Tax, as far as i know, in Europe , sex doll tax will be 30%-35%. Many customer worry about TAX, but this is really can be avoid, we are just try to reduce it for you-- make a low price in invoice, but if you are didn’t mention that, maybe we will make a full price to make sure you can get the doll safe. Because if make a low price, it will have risk be check. Sometime customs will ask some payment request. Not only waste time, but make you confused. We are already have many problem with customs , but fortunately, we are already solve all of them.

So if you have any problem with customs, please ask and we will give best advise to avoid problem.
