It's always bitter sweet to see another year stop by conclusion. But the silver lining wants back at all the stuff that affected our lives, our year and Pop Civilization. This year in Popular Music I have been privileged to speak with and attend concerts for some of 2010's brightest rising stars. And since I'm more in the place of song person than an album person I've compiled all of the what I think about few of 2010's Best Pop Hits and artists.
