It's always bitter sweet to see another year taken up conclusion. But the silver lining searching back at all the stuff that affected our lives, our year and Pop Civilization. This year in Popular Music I have been privileged to talk to and attend concerts for some of 2010's brightest rising stars. And since I'm more in the place of song person than an album person I've compiled a what I look at a few of 2010's Best Pop Hits and artists.
