At the end of the light period of P16D10 on day 5, the leaf glucose and fructose content in S. lycopersicum were higher in the CL treatments compared to the P16D10 treatment, whereas fructose and glucose contents at the end of the light period on day 12 were not significantly different (Figures 4A,C).
