""A rapid method using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the quantification of olanzapine (OLZ) in human plasma was developed and validated. Venlanfaxine was used as the internal standard (I.S.) and the samples were extracted from 400 ��L human plasma using methyl tert-butyl ether for liquid-liquid extraction. Chromatography was performed using an ACE C18, 125 mm �� 4.6 mm i.d., 5 ��m column.
