A lot of people really confuse just as one entrepreneur and being a Shailesh Dash. They are these are same, but through the years I've found out that they're actually two Different things.

Operator features a mind that is certainly creative. Entrepreneurs are packed with ideas, they're eager beavers - plus they are often hard to "control." You'll find exceptions, naturally. But all entrepreneurs are apt to have that "pioneering" streak in them - and they never really lose it.

When a business owner starts an enterprise, he/she may be the CEO automatically. However, many entrepreneurs usually are not well matched to be the CEO over a long time period. (I'll explain why in just a minute.)

So after their company gets some success, many small business owners work with a "professional CEO." Then your entrepreneur assumes an alternative plus much more targeted role, doing what she or he does best. The part could be in marketing, inventing, creating, innovating...or it may be technical as the name indicated.

Of course, there are also many entrepreneurs out there which may have been shown to be great CEOs. Daily, Doing work challenging to be that entrepreneur-turned-great CEO (i must say that I've done a pretty good job at it up to now). Nonetheless it does demand a large amount of concentration!

That's because a CEO is basically a manager. A CEO really should have a talent for building organizations, structuring, overseeing the details, watching the financials, as well as in general maintaining your company from the black.

Also, a CEO's job is to maintain your company continue. The single biggest responsibility of your CEO is always to build "shareholder value."

And the facts are, most entrepreneurs don't want to think of shareholder value. Often operator just really wants to paint for the canvas - not worry about selling the painting, advertising, and fulfillment. Often the very last thing a business owner would like to do is figure out how much to charge because of their masterpiece and so the company constitutes a profit and does not go broke!

One of the greatest differences We have personally witnessed between a business owner plus a CEO is this: the entrepreneur is FULL of new ideas and is also desperate to implement them, while new ideas will be the stuff of nightmares to get a CEO. New ideas challenge structure and organization, and they also could mean a great deal of extra and tedious work with a CEO.

Obviously there are lots of entrepreneurs-turned-CEOs who is able to do both. A "start-up" kind of CEO could be creative and brimming with ideas, but still have the very structured mindset of the good entrepreneur.

So an entrepreneur-turned-successful CEO remains a painter - but customers are his art. Real artists never paint with the price level with the painting in your mind. Real artists paint to satisfy an inner need.
