What occurred is that six black teenagers barbarically and with no direct provocation attacked a white teenager named Justin Barker. The black kids involved were Mychal Bell, Jesse Beard, Theo Shaw, Robert Bailey, Bryant Purvis, and Corwin Jackson. They ranged in age from 14-18. When looking in the facts though, subjected to testing indeed the racists and unlike if six white kids committed this barbaric and brutal act they would have surely been convicted of a hate misconduct.



Another incident that occurred was a battle that occurred at a party. It was a private party. Bailey and some friends got down to go to the party at 11pm, but were informed by a woman that they needed a party's invitation. A white male at the party experienced a fight with Bailey and his friends. The woman they told him and also the black kids to leave. They went outside and continued the fight, which one of the white kids was dress in probation for his part in it. Justin Barker was at the party absolutely no one mentions him in the conflict, but he stated that two-way radio into it with a white kid at the party.
