There are many advantages from coloring that you and your child should take advantage of. When you think of sitting your child down in front of his preferred coloring book although, what comes to mind? Are you simply trying to distract him, or do you recognize this a an essential skill that will benefit him in his young life?

Subsequent time you plant your child in front of a coloring book, place some thought into what he can get out of this. Attempt demonstrating to him the various ways in which to colour.
