This year in Popular Music I have been privileged to talk to and attend concerts for some of 2010's brightest rising stars. And since I'm more about a song person than an album person I've compiled a listing of what I look at a few of 2010's Best Pop Hits and artists. This list is never based on in no way my opinion.
