Each corporate organization has a mission, vision and a set of objectives to attain. Each employee in the organization is important for contributing towards this common objective. While each team member is accountable for his or her duties and responsibilities at an individual level, it is essential for the whole group to work as a united force to drive the organization towards success.

Communication, collaboration and trust - these are the important qualities every productive team should posses. No team can posses these attributes naturally as these have to be developed and learnt.
