Every corporate organization has a mission, vision and a set of goals to achieve. Each employee in the organization is important for contributing towards this common objective. Whilst every team member is accountable for his or her duties and responsibilities at an individual level, it is important for the entire group to function as a united force to drive the organization towards achievement.

Communication, collaboration and trust - these are the important qualities every productive team should posses. No group can posses these attributes naturally as these have to be developed and learnt. There are a number of group developing activities to help teams discover the nuances and importance of teamwork.

• Trust: One cannot work in tandem with other members of the group unless there is a sense of mutual trust. All the members of a group have to communicate and work with other group members on a day-to-day to basis.
