4. How substantially Will You conserve?

As we said above, delegation comes for us all... or at least all of us who want to grow our business. At some point it becomes unavoidable. But that doesn't mean that you just have to throw your hard-won successes to the winds and hope for the best.

In our own 5 businesses we contract out everything that does not add value to the customer or clientsrelationship with us. That allows us to expand or contract our overhead depending on sales and it allows us tobuild share holder (what I can sell this business for in 5 years) so I am creating more wealth.

Consider those that will integrate with your software systems such as payroll and crm. There are distinct advantages to entering information one time.

Having some basic HTML skills can be extremely handy with an Internet business. Even if you outsource building a website it is nice to know the basics so if you need to make changes in the future you could do that.

Check their web sites - how informative are they? Do they seem to provide services for a small business like yours? If they have no web site - ask yourself - how progressive and up to date are they likely to be?
