On-line surveys were sent to former patients (from several different countries) of a private Spanish clinic. By comparing those that engaged in cross-border reproductive care (CBRC) with individuals who did not, we examined attitudes toward whether or not the EU must extend to all clients in all countries the type of solutions the clinic provided. These solutions incorporated access to anonymous donors and conception by way of egg or embryo donation.
